USD 399 is searching for a PreK-12 Principal for the school year for Natoma Elementary and Natoma High School.

Supervising certified personnel and all other employees while using leadership to promote the educational development of each student.
Preparing reports and other paperwork appropriate to the school's operation.
Interpret and enforce all district policies.
Maintains high standards of student conduct.

USD 399 Natoma-Paradise-Waldo is located in North Central Kansas containing 439 square miles. The district is unique in that it encompasses parts of four counties:
Russell, Osborne, Rooks, and Ellis. The district is currently on a four-day school week with classes running from 8:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Preschool is currently offered from 8:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
Two attendance centers are in use in Natoma. There is a PreK-5 building with a competition gymnasium and a 6-12 building. There is also a gymnasium in Paradise that is utilized for practices.
Special Education services are provided through North Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative Interlocal #636, Phillipsburg, Kansas. USD 399 is also a member of the Smoky Hill Education Service Center. The Natoma Jr./Sr. High School is a member of the KSHSAA and the Northern Plains League.
Extra-Curricular Activities include Volleyball, Cross Country, 6-man Football, Basketball, Track, Vocal Music, Band, Pep Band, Scholars Bowl, National Honor Society, FFA, SADD, Student Council, and Speech/Forensic. The Natoma High School and Paradise Junior High are members of the KSHSAA and the Northern Plains League.
The district utilizes a 1:1 technology initiative for all students using a mix of iPads and laptops.
