Details

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Bridge Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of bridge structures, and will work with cutting‑edge technology on significant infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop bridge structures in accordance with local and national codes and standards.
  • Create and review structural calculations and design drawings.
  • Conduct on‑site inspections and assessments of bridges and other structures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project planning and execution.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by junior engineers and technicians.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Use MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest engineering trends and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge design and engineering.
  • Proficient in MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and national codes and standards related to bridge design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
