Provides efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers while following all compliance requirements and procedures. Promotes bank products and services using a proven format.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers and guests with a smile, addressing customer needs with prompt and accurate information, and resolving concerns.
• Travel to banks within a region to provide teller responsibilities at branches throughout the covered region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and bank associates.
• Support customer and bank success by completing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, issuing money orders, cashier's checks, loan payments, foreign currency exchange, and more, securely and confidentially.
• Maintain proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
• Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions, staying current on training courses.
• Utilize a 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products and services, including role play, completing weekly checklists, and needs analysis sheets.
• Engage in culture initiatives and team activities, including daily huddles, weekly meetings, new account training, and community events.
• Represent the bank well in the community.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
