Essential

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Open and maintain Players Club accounts, provide customers with information regarding the property and its amenities, greet buses, and actively market and promote current and upcoming property promotions and events.
  • Responsible for welcoming guests on property, motivating new guests to join the Players Club and cultivating relationships with current members on the gaming floor.
  • Maintain and provide information concerning casino programs, amenities, hotel, restaurants, and the Players Club loyalty program.
  • Issue promotional amenities, redeem coupons, maintain accurate records in Players Club accounts, and maintain inventory control records.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with guests and company information.
  • Greets arriving buses with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance, information, and amenities as needed.
  • Utilize a PA system to deliver announcements, notifications, and communications in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Ensure Players Club area is clean and free of safety hazards while keeping a clean, well‑stocked workspace.
  • Effectively and articulately communicate relevant information between shifts to Team Members and department leadership.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and within established guidelines. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations and resolve inquiries with care and enthusiasm. Work closely with other departments to coordinate Players Club promotions and events.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
  • Function as a Resort Communications Agent as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by department leadership.
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service skills, projecting professionalism, and a consistently friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Must be detail‑oriented and possess basic record‑keeping skills.
  • Pleasant and easily understood speaking voice, required.
  • Have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
  • At least one year of basic computer experience.
  • Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work a schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Willingness to meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook.
  • A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment.
Preferred
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Casino experience, preferred.
  • Customer service experience, preferred.
Physical, Mental, And Environmental Demands
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation.
  • Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items while working at assigned area.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (7-8 hours).
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, personal computer, fax machine, and photocopier.
  • Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
  • Must be able to meet the level two or light work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles:
    Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
