Sandbox is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Derby, KS! In this dynamic role, you'll bring events to life from concept to completion, creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. If you're a detail-oriented organizer with a passion for people and events, we want to hear from you!

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events from start to finish
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling
• Develop and maintain event budgets, timelines, and project plans
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
• Oversee on-site event setup, management, and breakdown
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports and recaps
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, promotions, and event branding

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, event planning, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
