Responsibilities- Work as an individual contributor at a steady pace, requiring little dependence on other team members.
- Operate in a role with clear direction, established processes, and expectations.
- Provide support and service in an environment free from competition.
- Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines.
- Actively participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with others.
- Meet clients and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, handling routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain a strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Work toward individual and banking‑center specific sales and service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
- At least 6 months of successful cash‑handling experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate, motivated self‑starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and accuracy.
- Logical thinking for analysis and sound decision‑making.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Experience working with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to perform calculations, such as cash back and percentages.
- Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growth.
- Tasks may require lifting, bending, holding arms overhead, and other physical activities.
- May need to work overtime to the extent necessary, typically no more than 5%.
- Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.
This role is eligible for a scorecard‑based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance metrics outlined in the scorecard.
