Personal Banking - Part-Time Teller at Hillcrest Bank

Responsibilities
  • Work as an individual contributor at a steady pace, requiring little dependence on other team members.
  • Operate in a role with clear direction, established processes, and expectations.
  • Provide support and service in an environment free from competition.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines.
  • Actively participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with others.
  • Meet clients and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, handling routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain a strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Work toward individual and banking‑center specific sales and service goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
  • At least 6 months of successful cash‑handling experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate, motivated self‑starter.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and accuracy.
  • Logical thinking for analysis and sound decision‑making.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience working with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to perform calculations, such as cash back and percentages.
Work Environment
  • Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growth.
  • Tasks may require lifting, bending, holding arms overhead, and other physical activities.
  • May need to work overtime to the extent necessary, typically no more than 5%.
  • Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.
