Weekend Part Time Teller

Part Time Teller First Security Bank is seeking an energetic, customer service focused individual to join our team. We have a part-time teller opening at our Overbrook, Kansas location. As a community bank we are focused on supporting our customers and our community by providing excellent customer service and providing exciting new products.

Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; recording night and mail deposits; answering questions in person or on telephone; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative.

Completes special requests by closing accounts; completing safe-deposit box procedures.

Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to head teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.

Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual control functions; maintaining customer traffic surveys; auditing other tellers' and vault currency.

Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task and projects as needed.

Scheduled every Saturday weekend from 8:45 to 12pm.

Follows regulatory and policy compliance requirements, which include those efforts in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Identity Theft Red Flags and other compliance related Policies. This position also requires maintaining confidentiality with regard to non-public information about our customers and First Security Bank.
