• Process loan requests and collect all required documentation to complete loan.
• Monitor loan payments for loan officers' portfolios.
• Provide customer service to the customers of the loans officer's portfolio.
• Assist with transfer of funds, wiring payments, and making payments to third parties.
• Completes loan maintenance on core system.
• File necessary paperwork to perfect banks liens.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures

This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least two two five years of experience at a financial institution.

• At least one year of Loan Operations experience at a financial institution.
