Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Overview

Anderson County Hospital is a critical access hospital in Garnett, KS. We are seeking a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join the team on night shift
. The ideal candidate is a dedicated nurse with strong clinical skills, a passion for emergency care and the flexibility to thrive in a rural healthcare setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in the ED and support other departments and facilities as needed to ensure seamless patient care across our network.

Full Time Nights

In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse (KS) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Education:
  
  Associate Degree
