As a Certified Medication Aid (CMA), you play a vital role in our community. You pass medications as prescribed by the physician and provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. You observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior of residents. You maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA requirements, and adhere to facility policies.

Your warm and friendly demeanor builds relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues. You take pride in the difference you make in the lives of our residents.

• Current Kansas CMA license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. Dependability, professionalism, teamwork, and the desire to serve seniors are essential qualities.

This full‑time position works 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends.
