Full-time on-site role in Basehor, KS. The specialist will be responsible for daily medical insurance and billing activities, including understanding and processing medical terminology, handling insurance claims and denials, and working with ICD-10 codes and Medicare. The role includes accurate billing, follow-ups on unpaid claims, and resolving any issues related to insurance coverage and payments.

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
• Experience handling insurance claims, including Medicare
• Knowledge and ability to manage claim denials and appeals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a medical billing role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in medical billing or a related field is a plus
