Position: PRN MRI Technologist (Days)
Location: Galena

Find your calling at Mercy!Performs specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist. Also provides the patient care essential to these procedures. Applies principles of MR safety. Two registries working in area or Super User for select programs.
Position Details:

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.

Qualifications:

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Secondary and some post-secondary. Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology Program.

• Certifications: ARRT (MR) Registry or ARMRIT required within 18 months of hire. BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire.

• Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine.
