Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care, reflecting the value that the resident comes first and treating the Community as the resident's home.
