Patient Registration

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or contact us by phone. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, collecting payments, and providing administrative support to the clinic staff as needed.

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering availability and appropriate scheduling guidelines.
• Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Collect co-payments for services rendered, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Maintain patient records and information accurately in the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to support efficient clinic operations.
• Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional customer service.
