Occupational Therapists (OTs):
Provide patient-centered care in various settings, including SNFs and outpatient clinics. Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs):
Support OTs by implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress. Physical Therapists (PTs):
Deliver comprehensive therapy services, focusing on improving patient mobility and quality of life. Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs):
Support PTs in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress. Rehab Directors:
Lead therapy departments, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients based on individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives For leadership roles:
Manage departmental operations, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Degree in respective field (Associate’s for Assistants; Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate for OTs, PTs, and Directors) required Valid state licensure or eligibility required Why Join?
