Anderson County Hospital is seeking a recent or upcoming graduate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated rural hospital team !
This position is based on our Medical-Surgical Unity, with the opportunity to float to the Emergency Department during periods of high patient volume. Acuity levels vary, offering an excellent environment to grow your clinical skills and gain well-rounded experience. We offer an exceptional Nurse Residency Program designed to support and guide you through your first year as a new nurse, helping you build confidence and clinical competence in a supportive team environment.
Shift: Full Time Nights (6:30p-7a)

* must be willing to float to Allen County Regional Hospital as needed
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
