Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Gentle Rise ABA LLC, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Kinsley, Kansas. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices, and we invite you to contribute your skills and expertise to our mission.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $21 - $26/hour
- Per Diem or Part-Time Available
- Shifts:
Flexible, based on your availability - Location:
Kinsley, Kansas
Qualifications:
We are looking for RBTs who:
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
- Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required)
- Can pass a background check
- Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
