Benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and everyday activities.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Help clients maintain their independence and remain safely in their homes.
• Follow care plans, document services accurately, and communicate changes or concerns.

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued .
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance when driving is required.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with transfers, gait belts, or Hoyer lifts is helpful.
