Hotel Breakfast Attendant – Bosselman Enterprises

Responsibilities
  • Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas following brand standard cleaning procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance meets brand and handbook standards.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests in the lobby and breakfast area.
  • Offer assistance to people with disabilities or young children.
  • Monitor guest safety when handling hot equipment such as crock‑pots, waffle irons, or chaffers; offer assistance when needed.
  • Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down items, clean equipment, return items to proper locations, and restock supplies.
  • Label food containers according to USDA standards and date unpackaged items.
  • Follow all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Develop positive working relationships with coworkers.
  • Provide friendly and competent customer service with a smile.
  • Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance.
Additional Duties
  • Assist with other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
  • Motel/hotel, retail, cooking, or guest service experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Work well with others and independently.
  • Have reliable transportation and phone.
  • Be available to work holidays, weekends, or any required time.
  • Communicate in English (if applicable).
  • Deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
