** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Serve as the
** first and last point of contact
** for our guests, consistently delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
* ** Lead by example
** on the floor, ensuring your team provides exceptional service and maintains a polished, guest-focused demeanor.
* ** Train and mentor new host team members**, ensuring they are fully equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
* ** Uphold and enforce SOPs**, ensuring consistency and operational excellence throughout every shift.
* Maintain accurate waitlists and seating charts while communicating effectively with the front-of-house and management teams.
* Proactively resolve guest concerns or issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
* Support overall restaurant operations by staying calm, organized, and efficient, especially during peak hours.
* Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports staff growth and guest satisfaction.#
** What You Need for this Position**
* ** Previous experience in a host or supervisory role
** in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
* Comfortable training and coaching team members at varying experience levels.
* Ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
* Naturally lead and take initiative and thrive in a team-first environment.
* A
