About the Role:
Commure is seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Generalist to oversee both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys managing the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a seamless employee experience through efficient HR processes and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70%)Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and operations roles (10–20 open positions at a time).Conduct structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, referrals, and professional communities to build diverse talent pipelines.
Maintain and update ATS systems (Zoho Recruit/Greenhouse/Lever) ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and reduce candidate drop-offs through pre-closing engagement.
Handle offer management, including compensation discussions, background verification, and joining coordination.
Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source ROI, funnel metrics).HR Operations & Engagement (30%)Oversee new-hire onboarding, documentation, and HRIS setup (Zoho People/Payroll).Manage HRIS data accuracy including employee records, leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Address employee queries (L1 level) regarding policies, letters, and HR-related issues promptly and empathetically.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, R&R programs, and company events.
Ensure compliance and audit readiness through proper documentation and policy adherence.
Support people analytics—create dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
Hands-on experience with Zoho People/Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets (lookups, COUNTIFS, dashboards).Excellent communication skills—email, Slack, and stakeholder interactions.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, fairness, and compliance.
Nice to Have:
Experience hiring at scale (10+ joins per month) across multiple shifts or locations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (funnel metrics, KPI storytelling).Experience conducting employee engagement and HR events (R&R, townhalls, festivals).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
