Position OverviewPCG is seeking an HR Administration & Mobility Specialist for its Human Resources 985 department based in Lenexa, KS
. The HR Administration & Mobility Specialist plays a key role in supporting core HR processes that guide employees through the beginning, middle, and end of their employment journey. This role owns critical administrative steps in onboarding, I‑9 completion, new hire orientation, travel and relocation program execution, per diem policy application, unemployment claims, and salary separations.
As part of the HR Administration team, this position ensures smooth employee movement and mobility across the organization, partners closely with internal teams, and provides consistent, high‑quality support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding & New Hire Experience- Perform a full range of administrative support tasks, some of which could be highly confidential and sensitive.
- Process salary onboarding requests and support hourly onboarding.
- Track onboarding completion and coordinate next steps with required departments.
- Deliver corporate new hire orientation and support a positive, consistent employee experience.
- Complete I‑9s for corporate employees and assist branches with I‑9 cases as needed.
- Set up contingent workers in Dayforce and coordinate the consultant agreement process.
- Prepare and mail new hire swag boxes.
- Respond to HR questions sent through the shared HR inbox.
- Support international employment processes by coordinating documentation and maintaining a strong working relationship with our third‑party immigration partner.
- Support internal transfer process and provide support to the recruiting team, HRBP's, Operations or corporate departments.
- Oversee and execute internal transfers in accordance with company policies and process.
- Prepare transfer eligibility, management approvals and transfer offers for presentation to employees.
- Initiate and oversee Global Mobility Solutions authorizations for relocation vendor services.
- Apply organizational per diem policies and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Administer travel allocations and confirm eligibility for traveling employee assignments.
- Route and support Service Now tickets related to travel and expense management.
- Assist employees with travel, relocation, and mobility questions, offering helpful guidance and clarity.
- Maintain SOPs for travel, relocation, and mobility programs; ensure accessibility and version consistency.
- Coordinate logistics and mobility steps with Operations leaders, branch administrators, and HRBPs.
- Complete salary separation workflows, including lead sheets, termination forms, and HR Blast communication.
- Process salary unemployment claims via Equifax Case Builder.
- Maintain the HR Subsidy List and update records as needed.
- Provide monthly reporting support, including PCG Connect updates.
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation for onboarding, mobility programs, and separation processes.
- Support periodic I‑9 audits for corporate records.
- Track completion of orientation, onboarding requirements, relocation milestones, and travel steps.
- Identify routine issues, elevate when needed, and support continuous process consistency.
Salary range: $51,300‑69,000 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.
