Purchasing Supply Chain Clerk

Cashco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to join our team. The role involves managing the flow of materials, goods, and information throughout the supply chain process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components for valve production.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and track stock levels, maintain accurate records, perform stock audits, collaborate with warehouse.
• Order Processing: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, coordinate with vendors, manage returns and issues.
• Logistics and Shipping Support: Prepare shipping/receiving documents, track shipments, resolve delays, coordinate with logistics teams.
• Supplier Communication: Maintain communication, provide forecasts, address supplier issues.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update supply chain system, generate reports, support trend analysis.
• Production Support: Ensure materials for production, resolve shortages, expedite orders, coordinate deliveries to customers.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to policies, standards, assist with quality control checks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing/supply chain preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain software desirable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email, face-to-face, and phone.
• Multi-tasking, focus, team player, reliable and dependable.
• Continuous movement of parts weighing up to 50lbs required.
