Shift 1 (United States of America):
Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
.

• Assemble equipment in accordance with the blueprint for each piece. Perform additional tasks such as attaching decals, performing minor paint touch‑ups, testing, installing plumbing, electrical controls, timing devices, and securing nuts and bolts, guards, belts, chains, and other small parts for Coperion Process Solution’s product line.
• Package assembled products, securing, tagging, and attaching loose hardware. Prepare packing lists and record on shipping log, noting any shortages.
• Load packaged equipment onto trucks and coordinate with transportation carriers and customers to schedule shipping.
• Construct skids and crates for outbound shipping; calculate skid sizes for each piece of equipment and the entire shipment to determine truck capacity.

• Basic mathematical calculations.
• Reading blueprints and technical instructions.
• Operating a forklift, pallet jack, air‑driven tools, electrical tools, and hand tools.

High school diploma or equivalent.
