Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday – Sunday

• Familiarity with FANUC controls.
• Firm understanding of and experience with running 3‑, 4‑, or 5‑axis CNC machines.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials in machines and tooling for machining parts according to internal setup documents.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance machining and adjust machine control media as required.
• Verify conformance of workmanship to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
• Confere with production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems.
• Adhere to internal health and safety protocols to perform duties.

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Well‑lit, temperature‑controlled, clean environment.
• Drug‑ and alcohol‑free work environment.
• CMMC Level 2 compliant aerospace manufacturer facility.
