About The Position

The Fertilizer Operations/Delivery position involves packaging and delivering seed, chemical, and fertilizer products.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering seed, fertilizer, and pesticides to customer fields and farms;
• Packaging and filling vessels of agricultural products, including NH3, liquid fertilizers, and crop protection products;
• Measuring, counting, and storing inventory accurately;
• Having basic knowledge of agricultural products and their uses;
• Complying with all safety and governmental regulations;
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment, reporting issues as needed;
• Keeping facilities clean and compliant with safety regulations;
• Attending trainings and safety meetings;
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly;
• Communicating effectively with customers, employees, and management;
• Presenting a professional appearance;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent;
• Basic computer skills;
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class A with Hazmat endorsement) or ability to obtain one.
