The starting pay is between $25.20 - $35.19 per hour, depending on experience.
Working C or D shift?
Shift differentials are $1.20 and $1.45 per hour.
Eligible to earn an attendance bonus in addition to your regular pay rate - paid weekly, 8.4% of wages- nearly $2.00 per hour more!

A Maintenance Technician is generally responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment at the facility. May use welding, plumbing, and or mechanical skills to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs. The Maintenance Technician will be assigned work at the direction of the supervisor or Manager, with other team members on an assigned shift. The Technician is also responsible for performing work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Responsibilities
- Repair and upkeep of all plant and mobile equipment.
- Communicate with Breaker, Refining, Maintenance, QA/lab, and other departments to insure continual process.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, and hydraulic systems.
- Install, maintain and repair all piping in the facility.
- Install, maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges and meters in facility.
- Weld and repair all metal units in facility.
- Fabricate equipment and parts.
- High degree of welding experience and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to organize and plan workflow.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Certification in the use of the following mobile equipment (training will be provided if necessary):
- Crane
- Forklift
- Loader
- Manlift
- Must achieve passing score on pre-employment assessment
