Team Leader, Manufacturing ​/ Production

• Ensure production lines produce products that meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
• Directly oversee all personnel in the assigned area and maintain compliance with safety, continuous improvement, leadership, and core values policies.
• Coordinate materials and troubleshoot downtime issues on the line as they arise.
• Manage production flow of assigned lines and supervise floor‑level employees.
• Complete and submit organizational paperwork, including days off requests, employee evaluations, corrective actions, and reports.
• Participate in quarterly employee reviews, disciplinary actions, and any safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in manufacturing software (e.g., AX).
• Proven leadership experience in a similar industry (team lead or supervisor).
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with LCI quality standards and forklift operations (training available).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and rise over 50 pounds.

• Quality assurance experience.
• Lean 5S certification.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Public speaking ability.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 months of related team lead experience.
