Associate Elevator Operator

We are looking for a General Labor to join our team at the Goodland Crush facility. In this role, you will support plant operations by performing general cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

• Perform general cleaning of equipment, floors, and work areas across the facility.
• Clean up material spills and debris in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist with sanitation and routine housekeeping tasks in plant areas.
• Support maintenance and production teams with basic manual tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Work in varying weather conditions and dusty environments as needed.

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph)
• Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces
• Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust
• Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods
• Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required
