Job DescriptionShift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays
Position: Entry-level assembler manufacturing injection molding automotive and HVAC parts
Responsibilities include:
- Following standardized procedures for assembly
- Conducting quality checks
- Operating up to five automatic machines
- Performing visual quality audits
- Sorting parts, conducting utility, packaging, and staging
- Verifying labels and packaging
- Logging rejects and maintaining lot traceability
- Performing required paperwork
- Adhering to safety practices
- Maintaining production efficiency and proficiency
Pay increases to $16.50 after 2 weeks of training on 1st shift; initial pay is $15/hour. The position is located in Goodland, Indiana, and is part of Pro Resources, a locally-owned staffing firm since 1986, offering benefits and career support.
