Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator for the day shift (M-F, 7am–3:30pm) in Basehor, Kansas.
You will program (10%) and operate (90%) automated welding robots to increase production capacity, improve quality, and support transfer of new products to robotic cells. We are a growing, employee-owned company offering an ESOP, air-conditioned facilities, quarterly bonus potential, performance reviews with pay increases every 3 months, and clear growth paths.
