The KMW Difference is seeking full-time Welders for Sterling, KS 67579. You will weld metal components per blueprints using various welding equipment, ensuring quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include reading and interpreting work orders and drawings, following safety guidelines, and meeting daily production goals. Overtime and weekend availability are required, with PPE supplied and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.
