Machine Operator, Production Associate / Production Line, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Halstead, KS
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th
What's the Job?- Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production
- Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist team members in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, machines, or similar equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable, team-focused work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
