We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow relationships with Estheticians and professional waxing partners across North America. You’ll oversee all aspects of partner gifting, paid collaborations, and sampling initiatives with the Brand Marketing Manager to strengthen Bushbalm PROs visibility and trust within the professional hair removal community.
In this role, you’ll identify potential partners, coordinate gifting programs, manage monthly budgets for paid partnerships, and ensure every collaboration aligns with Bushbalm PROs brand values. You’ll also work closely with our PR agency and internal teams to coordinate product launches, track partnerships, and report on performance.

This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about connecting with professionals in the beauty and wellness space.

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or coordination — ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  Experience using Shopify for tracking or partner fulfillment.
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats used by Estheticians and skincare professionals.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong follow-through.
