POSITION SUMMARY:

Abilene Machine LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to build brand awareness, support sales, and create engaging content across digital and traditional marketing channels in a fast-paced, open office environment. This role combines content creation, campaign management, and market research to help grow our business.

• Develop and manage email, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to support marketing goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and edit engaging marketing content, product information, and sales materials.
• Maintain brand standards and coordinate with outside agencies and vendors.
• Follow company safety rules and departmental policies.

• Related field experience of 2-3 years preferred.
• Experience with Magento II, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.

• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
