Job Description
The mission of The Thornburg Church is to present the Gospel of Salvation to all mankind and make disciples. The Thornburg Church (non-denominational) in rural North Central Kansas is looking for a new Pastor to begin in February 2026. We are in need of a family to serve our church.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for
- Sunday service,
- Sunday evening bible study,
- Chaplin at the local hospital 1 week every other month,
- Nursing home services at 2 nursing homes Sunday afternoon every other month,
- Community involvement, and
- Recruiting new members.
We are looking for a pastor with
- Strong biblical background,
- Non-drinker and smoker,
- Preaches on Scripture,
- Can keep on time, and
- Self-motivated.
