As Operations Manager, you’ll be the hub of our mission—coordinating events, managing relationships, and supporting marketing and financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• ✅ Organize meal packing events (public & private) and handle logistics, volunteer registration, and outreach
• ✅ Collaborate with distributors for meal distribution
• ✅ Support the Board with fundraising, grant applications, reports and onboarding
• ✅ Manage payments and donor/sponsor records
• ✅ Represent MHMM at community meetings and create social media/newsletter content

• ✔ Strong organizational and planning skills
• ✔ Excellent communication and relationship management
• ✔ Tech‑savvy (apps, websites, social media, databases)

  Excelsior, MN - Hybrid role with flexibility. Work remotely most of the time, with occasional in‑person participation for community packing events and monthly Chamber meetings.

This is a flexible, part‑time role where you’ll make a tangible impact on global hunger while working with a passionate team and community.
