Job Summary

Colby, KS – Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) at Colby Health and Rehab. This rehabilitation nursing position works 12‑hour shifts with a predictable schedule.

Pay: $39.00–$41.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and comply with narcotic policies.
• Monitor residents for side effects, document changes, and report alterations in condition.
• Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, and staff.

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and caring for seniors.

• 12‑hour shifts: 5 pm–5 am.
• 3 day weekends every other weekend.
• Never work more than 3 days in a row.
• 7 days off every 14 days.
• Average 2 hours of overtime per week.
