Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation

, located in Smith Center, KS, is hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team. The base pay ranges from $34.00/hr to $40.00/hr

As an RN, you provide total care for residents, including monitoring conditions, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, monitoring side effects, and reporting changes. You oversee the NAR staff to ensure care plans are implemented correctly. You complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect. You maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.

Your warm demeanor allows you to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing (preferred but not required)

Full‑time position with 12‑hour shifts.
