Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Mission Health:

We are looking for a full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Neodesha, KS. If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to seniors and thrive in a dynamic clinical environment, we want to hear from you.

Base pay: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr.

Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts.

As a CNA, you provide total care for our residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. You follow the resident plan of care, record vital signs, conduct range‑of‑motion exercises, and monitor changes in condition or behavior, reporting findings to nursing staff. You maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and uphold facility policies, delivering excellent customer service and building trustworthy relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.
