Responsibilities- Assessing residents’ health needs
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring changes in condition
- Coordinating care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinaryhealthcare team
- Current RN or LPN license
- Strong assessment, communication, organization,and clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively with older adults and residents with chronic or complex medical conditions
- Commitment to providing respectful,person-centered care
- Flexible scheduling- 12 hour shifts
