Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON – LPN) to support nursing leadership and help ensure high-quality, compliant resident care within our skilled nursing or assisted living communities.
In this role, you’ll assist with training and development of the nursing team and support the administration of the nursing program. You’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing, medical staff, department leaders, and administrators to maintain quality standards, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
SummaryThe Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON – LPN) assists in the leadership, training, and supervision of the nursing department to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards.
This role supports the administration of the nursing program, provides clinical guidance to staff, and serves as a key partner to nursing leadership by advising on matters related to nursing services, resident care, and daily operations.
