As a Reliability Business Unit Lead, you will serve as the critical technical bridge between Operations and Maintenance/ Reliability, driving peak equipment uptime and efficiency across manufacturing shifts. In this role, you will analyze real-time software analytics to identify machine performance trends, troubleshoot root causes, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules. By collaborating directly with shift teams and leadership, you will elevate operational reliability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Planner and other Reliability Leads to help plan and schedule time‑base work orders (PMs) to specific situations (Work Orders) or Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities, focusing on equipment, time and effort needed.

• Monitors equipment performance using appropriate software such as Augury, Ever active, and Wonderware, among others. Continually analyzes data and metrics to make recommendations for Maintenance activities based upon data analysis.
