The Grove at Mankato in Mankato, KS is seeking a Leasing Agent to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare leases in accordance with Fair Housing standards and company policies.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage move-ins/outs, renewals, lead generation, and coordinated maintenance follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and contributing to occupancy goals.
