Cook – Part‑Time

Location:

Haviland, Kansas. Part of Mission Health Communities, dedicated to senior living and skilled rehabilitation across several states.

As a Cook, you play a vital role in providing quality meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities include preparing meals, ensuring food quality and temperature, maintaining sanitary conditions, complying with health, safety and company policies, and delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, and colleagues.

• Prepare meals for residents following regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and temperature.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen conditions.
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies.
• Provide friendly customer service and build positive relationships.

• Basic arithmetic, measurements, and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Cooking experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Part‑time position working days, evenings, and weekends.
