Overview
Sales Trainee Adviseur Varkens at Royal Agrifirm Group. This program is designed for graduates in agrarian or commercial fields who want to start as an Adviseur in the pig farming sector.
Responsibilities- As Adviseur Varkens, be the contact point for existing customers in your region, advising primarily on technical matters and acting as a partner across the full scope of the farm business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with farmers to jointly plan their path to the future.
- Monitor market signals and opportunities to develop new relationships and convert these into new customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our services to agricultural entrepreneurs.
- The role is full-time (40 hours) with a work area around your place of residence.
- The Sales Traineeship lasts one year and includes training, practical coaching, and development of personal and commercial skills.
- During the year you receive intensive product knowledge training and practical coaching by visiting agricultural entrepreneurs together with an experienced Adviser until you are ready to work independently.
- Nearly or up to two years since obtaining a HBO or WO diploma in an agricultural or commercial field.
- Demonstrated affinity with the agricultural sector.
