Sales Representative

A leading construction equipment manufacturer is seeking a Construction Foundation Sales Representative in Central Kansas to help launch and grow a specialized product line in the foundation drilling and construction segment. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a construction background to develop deep product knowledge, run hands‑on demonstrations, and build lasting relationships with customers in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build strong customer relationships through regular outreach and site visits
• Identify new sales opportunities within the construction and foundation industries
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and quoting to final delivery and on‑site training
• Conduct on‑site equipment demonstrations and customer training
• Provide expert guidance by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to provide customer feedback and identify new product opportunities
• Travel 20–40% of the time, often transporting demo equipment and conducting field‑based training
• Serve as the subject matter expert and champion of the product line, supporting its growth and reputation in the marketplace

• Sales or project management experience required
• Previous experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
• Familiarity with equipment operation, job site safety, and heavy equipment applications
• Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Proficient with basic computer software and CRM tools
• Class A CDL is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and participate in hands‑on equipment operation and transport
