What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage your own territory, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct on-farm visits to assess crop conditions, understand producer needs, and recommend the right combination of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
- Provide agronomic expertise and guidance, helping growers implement precision ag solutions and sustainable practices to improve results.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by offering high-quality products and trusted advice that drives profitability for both your customers and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and seamless service.
- Stay current with ag industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations to bring cutting-edge solutions to your customers.
Position Requirements

work experience What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in the agriculture industry—sales or agronomy background a strong plus.
- A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
- A go-getter attitude with strong self-motivation and a desire to grow both professionally and financially.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools to track activity and analyze customer data.
- A passion for agriculture, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional service.
