What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee and advise on research, quality improvement, and outcomes projects related to autism services
  • Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Prepare and manage Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and mentor staff on research requirements
  • Build and maintain centralized databases and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners and lead stakeholder meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to mentor and guide junior staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in research project management or related fields
  • Familiarity with data management tools such as SPSS, Excel, REDCap, or Qualtrics
  • Knowledge of human‑subjects research requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and experience preparing reports and presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
