You are a concrete finisher who enjoys outdoor, hands‑on work. You understand and follow directions, take pride in building projects, and positively impact communities.

• Work on commercial, industrial, residential, and high‑rise projects on small and large buildings.
• Spread, level, smooth, shape, and finish freshly placed concrete on a wide variety of structures.
• Prepare sites for concrete work by leveling or contouring the ground, building and setting concrete forms, cutting, and placing reinforcement materials.
• Use hand tools and power equipment.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications; perform tasks according to required standards.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, in safe working order, and properly maintained; recognize and report job‑site hazards and defects.

• Experience in concrete finishing or equivalent training
• Appropriate hand tools

• American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Flatwork Technician certification or equivalent training and experience
